Supportive On-Site Services

For moments when travel feels a bit overwhelming for an individual, couple or group who prefer to have a trusted guide on the journey with them, this offering provides calm, capable support every step of the way. Ideal for someone who just needs a little extra care and consideration while away from their normal home environment.

Think of it as having a personal navigator—someone to ease the path ahead while allowing you to remain in control of your journey.

Services include:

• Individually tailored travel arrangements, thoughtfully designed to meet your unique needs.

• Dedicated luxury support, available for trips up to 30 days in duration. Concierge service such as light unpacking and/or organization assistance as desired; delivering morning coffee/tea; securing preferred seating (such as lounge chairs, restaurant tables, theater seats); coordinating towels and essentials are prepared in advance; managing lines, timing, and transitions between activities; adjusting plans in real time based on energy, weather, or preferences.

• Proactive, in-person guidance, seamlessly managing both planned experiences and unexpected changes while traveling. This includes coordinating transportation within the resort or at ports; keeping track of daily schedules and gently guiding the flow of the day; providing a reassuring, familiar presence in unfamiliar environments; lightly assisting with mobility needs through guidance and pacing the day thoughtfully; being the point person if anything unexpected arises.

• Light cognitive support, without supervision.

• Real-time upgrade to Signature Services, should your needs elevate during travel.

In-person concierge services are available at an introductory rate of $425 per travel day.

To ensure seamless support throughout your journey, clients also cover the full cost of their concierge’s travel, including airfare, accommodations, meals, and related incidentals.

A non-refundable $75 preparation fee is required to initiate the planning and quoting process.

Traveling with another party? Supportive on-site services can be shared, with the daily fee thoughtfully divided between you.

Signature On-Site Services

For those who desire the highest level of presence and peace of mind, this offering provides hands-on support throughout the journey. Ideal for someone who needs extra support at home and wants to take that reassuring support with them on their vacation.

Whether for yourself or a loved one, you’ll have a dedicated concierge by your side—anticipating needs, navigating complexities, and ensuring every moment is handled with attentiveness and grace.

Services include:

• Individually tailored travel arrangements, thoughtfully designed to meet your unique needs.

• Dedicated luxury support, available for trips up to 30 days in duration. Concierge service such as light unpacking/organization assistance as requested; delivering morning coffee/tea; securing preferred seating (such as lounge chairs, restaurant tables, theater seats); coordinating towels and essentials are prepared in advance; managing lines, timing, and transitions between activities; adjusting plans in real time based on energy, weather, or preferences.

• Up to 14 hours of dedicated care support, daily, including re-orientation for those with cognitive vulnerability, pushing/guiding mobility devices, escort assistance through TSA, medication reminders, physical support with activities of daily living (grooming, dressing, bathing).

• Thoughtfully planned photo shoots, documenting special moments to support reminiscing about your journey.

• Family Updates, providing regular check-ins to keep your loved ones informed, as requested.

In-person concierge services, combined with personal care, are available at an introductory rate of $600 per travel day.

To ensure seamless support throughout your journey, clients also cover the full cost of their concierge’s travel, including airfare, accommodations, meals, and related incidentals.

A non-refundable $75 preparation fee is required to initiate the planning and quoting process.

Supportive on-site services may not be shared. Individualized rates may be negotiated if more than one traveler requires personal care services.

To ensure transparency, please note that applicable General Excise (GE) Tax and credit card processing fees are the responsibility of the Client.

Your concierge will be available for support up to 14 hours per day and requires 10 consecutive hours of overnight rest in a private accommodation.

Inter-Island Travel Support

Returning home after a medical procedure or unexpected emergency can feel overwhelming—especially when navigating flights, transitions, and changing energy levels.

This service provides steady, in-person support throughout your inter-island journey, ensuring you or your loved one travels safely, comfortably, and with confidence. From airport coordination to in-flight assistance and arrival support, every detail is thoughtfully managed so you can focus on rest and recovery.

Ideal for clients who do not require full-time caregiving but benefit from a knowledgeable, supportive presence while traveling.

Day Fee: $350 plus the full cost of their concierge’s travel, including airfare, meals, and related incidentals.

(rates for overnight or multi-day support will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis)
