Want to enjoy a day on the Big Island at your own pace that includes personalized support and companionship? This service is designed for individuals who would appreciate the reassurance of a knowledgeable, supportive companion.

Ideal for older visitors traveling with family who would appreciate the flexibility to explore independently, or local residents needing temporary assistance. I am here to help. Whether it is sightseeing, respite support, or transportation to appointments or errands, we can create a customized island experience so you can enjoy the Big Island with greater comfort, confidence, and peace of mind.

Big Island Support is provided at a rate of $40 per hour, plus the full cost of the concierge's expenses, including meals, applicable transportation costs (including mileage at $0.73 per mile), and related incidentals.

Should unexpected overnight or multi-day support become necessary, rates will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
